Dr. Carol Cokely is the Doctor of Audiology (AuD) Program Head. She is a national leader in assessment of clinical competencies and program development in audiology education. Dr. Cokely’s career demonstrates commitment to education, patient care, and the profession. She currently serves on the Board of the Accreditation Commission for Audiology Education and the Education Resource Committee of the Council for Academic Programs in COMD. She has served on the Board of Directors for the American Academy of Audiology and was president of the Academy of Rehabilitative Audiology. She teaches courses in adult aural rehabilitation, research, and counseling. Dr. Cokely received her bachelor’s degree from Queens College of the City University of New York, master’s degree from Northwestern University, and PhD from Indiana University.
