BBS CENTER HIGHLIGHT
Center for Advanced Pain Studies
The Center for Advanced Pain Studies was founded to help the billions of individuals suffering from chronic pain and migraine. Using our transcriptome of human sensory neurons, along with preclinical techniques, we seek to understand the underlying mechanisms of pain. Our diverse team of scientists are focused on discovering novel targets for the treatment of chronic pain and migraine. Through innovations in basic science research, our goal is to develop new therapeutics and create partnerships that bring those discoveries into the clinic.
