Linlin is a doctoral student in the psychology program and she works in the Schizophrenia and Social Cognition lab directed by Dr. Amy Pinkham. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, China. Linlin is interested in examining the bio-psycho-social factors (e.g., prefrontal-amygdala function, trait self-compassion) contributing to paranoia and psychotic symptoms using neuroimaging and behavioral approaches. She is also interested in using neuromodulation techniques (e.g., transcranial direct current stimulation) to improve paranoia and social functioning. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and watching movies.
