Advising for graduate students occurs at the department level. The office of Undergraduate Advising would be unable to help you with Graduate Advising.
When applying for graduation, students must contact their designated Academic Support Coordinator in order to be eligible to submit a graduation application.

Documents / Forms
Registration Add/Drop/Withdraw Form – Used to enroll, drop, or withdraw from courses. See how to
fill out the registration form.
Leave of Absence Request Form – Requires approval of the department and the Dean of Graduate Education.
Addition of Master’s Degree – Must have all approvals and be submitted by the first day of classes in order to be processed for the current semester.
