When is the BBS Advising Office Open?

  • Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:30am-4:00pm, for walk-in advising. The sign-in sheet for walk-in sessions will be removed when we have reached capacity for the day. During our busy times, October/November and March/April, we often remove the sign-in sheet as early as 12:00pm. We recommend arriving at the Advising Office as early as possible; mornings being the best time to come in.
  • Thursday and Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm, for scheduled appointments.

How Can I Schedule an Appointment with a BBS Advisor?

  • Make an online appointment: Make an Online Appointment
  • Note that you will get a “service unavailable” message if no appointments are available during a specific time slot.
  • All BBS academic advisors are knowledgeable about all BBS degree plans, so you can either request to meet with a specific advisor or sign up for the next available advising appointment.
  • You can avoid the last-minute rush by scheduling your advising meeting before the schedule of classes for the following term is published.
